Fulfillment Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Specialist is a support role within the Circulation department and reports to the Circulation & Marketing Manager. This individual is the liaison between the company and the subscription house, the magazine printer, and USPS as needed. The position requires the ability to be thorough to follow through defined procedures in servicing our subscriptions for consumer and trade magazines
Internet Programmer
POSITION SUMMARY
Charisma Media is seeking a skilled Internet Programmer to work full-time in our Corporate Information Technology department. The Internet Programmer will assist in supporting the department by helping with various tasks that include entry-level skills in HTML, PHP and MySQL. This person will handle job tickets that may come through the department and assist with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our company websites.
Part-time Editorial Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY:
Charisma Media’s editorial department is looking for an efficient and professional team player who thrives at multitasking in a fast-paced, fluid and creative environment. The editorial assistant will serve as an administrative help to a team of editors behind multiple award-winning brands, include the magazines Charisma, Ministry Today and Christian Retailing. Along with administrative duties, the editorial assistant will occasionally assist the editors with assignments such as compiling articles, customer feedback, calendar updates and product reviews for use in print and online extensions of the magazines.

Charisma Media’s Book Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to be part of a solid team designing book covers, magazine ads, promotional materials, and display graphics from concept to delivery.
Advertising Account Executive
POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Executive for Charisma Media’s Advertising department will persuade companies and ministries to advertise in Charisma Media's products as an effective way to reach their marketing objectives. To generate business for the company that is equal to or greater than the budgeted revenue.
The ideal candidate will be a person who can successfully sell print and digital advertising to the Christian and secular Market. Experience in selling online advertising is preferred. Advertising sales experience preferred, particularly in the CBA or NRB market. Must know the Christian Charismatic and Pentecostal market.
